Cruise Intelligence (the “Service”) is operated by Cartesys LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida limited liability company. This policy describes what information we collect through our website at cruiseintelligence.ai and how we use it.

We collect only what you choose to share with us. Specifically:
- Contact form submissions. When you fill out the contact form on our site, we collect the name, work email address, company name, and any optional message you provide.
- Server-side analytics. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs basic request data (IP address, user agent, referrer, page visited, timestamp) for security and performance purposes. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track individual users across sites.
We do not use third-party advertising or marketing trackers. We do not set tracking cookies. We do not sell your information.
2. How we use information
We use contact-form information solely to respond to your inquiry and, if appropriate, to follow up about Cruise Intelligence. We do not add you to any marketing list without your explicit consent.
We use server-side analytics in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
3. Service providers
We share information with a small number of service providers strictly to operate the site:
- Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, CDN, security, analytics).
- Resend (transactional email delivery for contact form messages).
- GitHub (source code and content management).
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy and processes data on our behalf under standard data-processing terms.
4. Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained in our email systems for as long as necessary to respond to and follow up with you. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us at the address below.
Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's policies, typically no longer than 30 days.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
6. Children
This site is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
